Below we have created a page of the most frequently asked questions we receive.  If you have inquiries that have not been addressed here or a need for more clarification, please feel free to reach out to us!


General


  • Where is your office?

    Leave No Trace Adventures does not have a physical building location.  Our office is the Daniel Boone National Forest! No need to have an indoor space when our whole goal is to GET OUTSIDE! 

    Each adventure we offer has a specific meeting location depending on the needs of that adventure. The confirmation email will include all of those details.

  • What are your business hours?

    Leave No Trace Adventures doesn't operate under normal business hours.  We are usually adventuring in the forest during the day and returning calls and messages afterwards.  Our shuttle runs when you need us to.  Each Saturday we run the shuttle like a city bus to help reduce the number of overall vehicles in the Gorge during the busier days.  Most event locations do close by 11pm so we suggest checking with your venue about final departure times. 

  • How do I make a reservation?

    To book an adventure simply click the "book now" button on the adventure you want to attend.  Once the payment processes, you will receive a confirmation email including all of the details of where to meet, what time to meet, what to bring and what to expect.  

    To book transportation, complete the contact form.  We will contact you, then create the reservation and send an email from the organizer with a link for booking.  Clicking this link will take you to our calendar where you will be able to make your payment.  Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions and things to know about the shuttle. 

  • Are there age, height or weight restrictions?

    Yes, for each adventure the restrictions vary.  Please read all of the descriptions and requirements for each adventure prior to booking and call or message us with any questions.

  • Are there discount codes?

    We do offer discount codes from time to time.  Check our social media pages for the latest!

  • What happens if there is bad weather?

    Most adventures can still be had regardless of the weather.  High winds, lightning and icy roads are typically the only reasons we would cancel or delay adventures. Refer to your confirmation for weather policies for the adventure you have booked.


Payment


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, cash, venmo and paypal.  Please call if you have any questions. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Refund policies vary for each adventure, please refer to the adventure description for cancellation/refund policy.  A copy is also printed on your confirmation email.

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    You can call us and we can resend you a copy. 


Shuttle


  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, we do allow leashed pets-no additional fee.  All pets MUST be on a leash while on the shuttle, no exceptions.
