We garage the shuttles along Hwy 11, about 9 miles from Slade.  We include Wolfe County, Lee County, Powell County, 'local'.  

The shuttle will book from 7am to 11pm daily.  Bookings made with a start time of 12am-6am will include an additional fee of $25 per hour.

We charge by the hour. per shuttle.  You tell us where every one needs to be, what time they need to be there and where they will get picked up from.  

Leave No Trace Adventures staff will plan a route and estimate the total hourly usage for the event.  A quote based on that estimate will be sent.  

When approved, the quote will convert to an invoice.  We break the invoice into three payments: (35% when signing the contract, 35% is due 60 days before the event and the final 30% is invoiced 24 hours after the final shuttle. 

The final invoice includes the deposit made to save your date and any adjustments. 

The deposit for each shuttle is equal to one hour of service. 

This deposit saves the date of your event for that shuttle.  

If you need both shuttles, you will need to make two deposits for the same day. One for each shuttle.

Each shuttle will only host one event per day.  This ensures your shuttle will be available for whatever needs you have arise that day. When you make the "save the date" deposit, you are reserving the shuttle you chose for the entire day.  That does NOT mean we will be charging you for the entire day, just that we will be available the entire day.
