Summer Cinquains

the poetry of the season

Wild blueberries

bold flavor

gripping on cliffs

gifts to give and share

tiny treasures

Swimming hole

refreshing cool

swing and jump

deep and clear like glass

wild cleanse

Campfire

slow burn

roast and toast

smoke on the air like incense

home

Paddleboard

peaceful motion

blade stretching out

exploring lakes, streams and coves

outstanding vessel

Trails

welcome green

invitation to roam

full of forest flora, fauna

primitive paths
